Juan Balsani is the Head Chef at Botswana Butchery in Queenstown. Juan trained in culinary arts under tuition of French Institute ‘Ecole Lenôtre’ and Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi in the IAG in Argentina and brings 18 years experience from the restaurant, catering and hotel establishments to one of the most recognised fine dining restaurants in New Zealand.
Located in Queenstown’s historic precinct with spectacular lake views and signature roaring log fires inside and out, Botswana Butchery is one of Queenstown’s most stylish restaurants. It offers a sumptuous menu full of flavor and is consistently rated as one of the resort town’s most popular restaurants, since opening in August 2008.
